How it Works

  • Step 1

    We’ll start by identifying the improvements that will make the biggest impact on your home’s value and set a realistic budget for the work.

  • Step 2

    Once you're ready to move forward, I’ll help coordinate trusted vendors and oversee the process from start to finish.

  • Step 3

    After your home is prepped and polished, we’ll list it on the market to attract the right buyers.

  • Step 4

    You don’t pay anything upfront, you’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.
